“Nice product, a little better than big box store items, but not top-of-the-line. The products I received had some minor quality issues, but nothing that effect the overall appearance or performance. Specifically, the sheet-metal end brackets were a little out of shape (not quite square) and needed some nudging. Left as-is, the clips would not quite lock in place, or the blinds would not quite sit flat on both brackets. Not a big deal if you've installed blinds before, but maybe an issue for a newbie or someone physically impaired. Overall I like the product and wouldn't hesitate ordering again. Good selection, price and delivery was fairly quick.”

“slightly disappointed the blinds i ordered did not come with the wands to operate them. they sent them three days later after i called. plus we never received our color sample we ordered”

“I ordered eight faux wood blinds following Blindster web site instructions. Three of the blinds arrived exactly as measured for inside mount, without allowances being deducted. They did not fit. As I was on a deadline for a tenant move-in, this was an unexpected and unwelcome setback.”

“There are a lot of more popular places to buy blinds, but Blindster is just as good, if not better. The website is user-friendly. There are lots of choices. You can customize everything you need to get the right blinds. It's easy to install. It took me less than an hour to unpack and install. The package arrived within a week in the mail. I didn't need to contact customer service. Everything was received as ordered. I have ordered twice from Blindster and would recommend to everyone over other brands.”
