“When my blinds arrived, they were slightly too large for my windows. Apparently I measured incorrectly. True to their word, however, Blindster replaced the blinds for me with no hassle. My new blinds fit perfectly and they're just what I wanted!!!”

“Purchased blinds for about 13 windows. Measured all the windows and called and talked to a very pleasant and knowledgable sales rep. who was very helpful in placing my order. My order came in 8 separate boxes. One box containing 2 blinds was damaged in shipment bending the headrail of both blinds. With one phone call to a very understanding service rep. I received replacement blinds with no questions, hassles and at absolutely no cost. They kept me informed via phone calls and e-mail throughout the entire process. They are true to their word when they say the "customer comes first" which is really refreshing in this day and age. I would not hesitate in recommending Blindster to anyone.”

“This was my first purchase from Blindster and I am pleased that they do what they say. I got two of the measurements wrong the first time and they quickly remade the blinds. The blinds do not close as tightly as some premium blinds we purchased in the past. Also the strings which hold the blinds are light weight and only time will tell if they hold up. One last comment is that he brackets for the valances are not hidden and distract from the otherwise smooth look.”
