“Purchased 4 blinds in faux and 1 larger one in wood. One faux blind came with some internal parts loose in the box and missing a wand. Wand was sent immediately on notice, and I was delighted that when I reported the loose parts the company immediately remade the blind and sent it again. Installation was easy, quality and operation seem very good, appearance is excellent, and we're completely satisfied. Price much lower than local franchises and big-box outlets. So overall it's excellent value and service.”

“We outfitted our entire home in the 2" premium blinds, and saved a lot of money over our local big box store. The blinds look great and were pretty easy to install. We needed two people for the wider blinds since we quickly found that when attaching the top crown molding, one side can easily slide out as you work with the middle or other side. After some minor wall damage (the entire blind fell out of the holders) we took that lesson to heart, and didn't have any more issues.”

“My only :criticism" is that one blind was off just a tiny bit ( I think son said 1/4 inch) but he was able to fix that . I am planning to order blinds for my bedroom after the first of the year.”
