“I liked the blinds, but the header was a clip on and you can see the clips. Also my entire order (17 blinds) came without any hardware or screws. I did receive it in two days after I called.”

“This review would be much better had I not had to go through such an ordeal. The first shipment arrived timely, however, one of the binds was badly damaged with a terribly bent head rail. In addition, the wands provided were very cheap with plastic tips and one broke within a day of using. Then lastly, the side returns to the valance were sent too small. I requested spacing blocks with the order so you would think they would ask how deep the side return needs to be, but the do not. I would recommend calling in the order to make sure the correct size is received. Customer Service was apologetic and as long as I provided a picture of the damaged items agreed to replace them. I then received the new side returns and a new wand. The new side returns came in the wrong color and the wand was all scratched. I contacted them again and finally, I have received all of the correct information without damage - the wands are even a nicer design with the hold built into the wand!”

“Love all the blinds that I have ordered for myself, and children's homes. They are always exactly as ordered, and the prices are excellent. I have had the delivery service damage them in transit, but a quick email to Blindster, and a replacement was on the way. I highly recommend this company, and will use them in the future.”
