We received the wrong item and this damn company won't replace it or reimburse our money. They won't even respond to the email. Horrible service.

I have Written into your customer service support twice now they sent me one replacement and it was worse than the first one and I asked to be credited back it was from a large shade it which was about $80 in it was expensive and I think for that money it should work

Hello Ali, I am so sorry for the delay. We did send out an updated backorder notification email to you on 12/14. Unfortunately, the material has not arrived from our supplier and they have given us a new date of 2/3. Please let us know if you would like to wait for the entire order as originally placed of if you would like to consider other material options. So unfortunately my first experience with Blindster and not a good one because they sent out my blind with missing hardware. I contacted the company right away and the agent was very nice but she told me that I would have to wait to receive the center bracket because the do not rush shipments. Really?!!! They sent it out without the correct hardware. So now it is the holidays and I have the blind without the hardware. The customer service red told me that I could hang it for a bit and it should be okay but the blind is large. Very disappointing!!!!!

We just got our first "zebra blind" from Blindster and I'm about to order five more. After that we'll be ordering five more (once we get those windows replaced). They look great and my wife loves them. Only comment, and the reason I am giving this one star, is because the hardware we received does not match at all the hardware that is shown on this website's installation video. Also the instruction manual does not match anything *at all*. Will have to make my own video or something, because unless we just received the wrong stuff with our first order, our installation and operating experience was extremely frustrating. They should provide instructions and an installation video that actually match the product you will receive. Only thing I can guess is maybe they had to change manufacturers due to the worldwide supply-chain shortage, or something? #shrug

Hello Mike, I'm happy to hear that you and your wife are happy with the shades themselves. I'm so sorry to hear that there was trouble with installation, the tension device styles (piece that hold the continuous cord loop taught) can change depending on availability, but the installation hardware at the top should be the same. I am having this issue reviewed with our team so that we can make adjustments accordingly, I appreciate you bringing this to our attention as well as your continued business.

I was under the impression this was a great product based on the "Best Seller" status when I first bought it and the good reviews. Maybe mine is just faulty, but after 1-2 months it was already difficult for it to go up and down without having to pull on it very hard. Then a month or two later, one of the string straps snapped leaving one side unable to be raised up at all. Now, at 6 months the other side snapped and I am unable to even raise the blinds at all. This is extremely disappointing since I have used and recommended this company before. I do NOT recommend this particular product at all.
