“The website "updated" shortly after placing my order. I couldn't find any information about my order on the "new" website. Customer service was a nightmare to get in touch with. The business address on the website lists a Texas address but when I FINALLY got a shipment confirmation, the blinds are coming from CHINA! Very shady business practices if you ask me.”

“We bought our new blinds online and they look great! We didn't measure correctly the first time and they didn't fit. I spoke with Haley and she explained the correct way to measure for a correct fit. She was very patient and sent a follow up email to confirm the sizes. Their guarantee of being able to reorder a misfit was right on! The second set fit like a charm! I recommend Blindster for anyone needing to order new or replacement blinds. Working with Haley was great and she is an outstanding representative for Blindster!”
