“The blinds are very nice. However, the width was not correct. I ordered 34 1/2 inch width. The blinds came in at 34 inches exactly. Thus leaving 1/2 shortage on both sides of my window as the actual window width is 35". I was only expecting 1/4 inch space between blind and side of window, not 1/2 inch. See photos below. The length was perfect.”

“They came quickly and were the perfect size. I love the color and the light weight feel of the product. I will order again for the rest of my 17 windows. My two gripes are one, that a wand was missing and the little plugs at the bottom that hold the cords in place. I only got about half the plugs. I think I need them to get cords taught enough to close them flush. I intended to call customer service as they are very helpful. And two, FedX is a terrible shipper. Both boxes without supports were handled roughly and dented the blinds.”
