“Blinds are very nice but the valance needs side pieces to cover hardware. The representative I spoke to did not understand what I meant and was to get back to me. So far no response to remedy the issue.”

“Their service is excellent! I had originally accidentally ordered the wrong color blind. Totally my fault. I called their customer service not expecting too much as a resolution, but was pleasantly surprised when they told me they would send me the right color replacement blind at no cost other than shipping…$21. I was blown away! Highly recommend!”

“I have always liked wooden blinds, so when I was redoing my home here in Palm springs, I had to order them. I'm very happy with the blinds they look so nice, they're real would not plastic, and they're exactly what I was looking for. But on the negative side, I am getting way too many advertisements from this blind company once I've already bought them. There doesn't seem to be any way to turn off the emails that I get daily. It's very annoying.”
