“good web for ordering correct blinds. reasonable amount of time to make custom blinds. Received according to the planned ship date. Installed easy. I had a problem with 1 of the 4 I ordered but that was with the window install point I had selected and not anything to do with the blind. I am however waiting for a response to a message sent through their customer service web portion ...it has been 4 days now with no response to my question.”

“First time ordering from Blindster and the process was very easy. Took a bit to work out the logistics for getting the first blinds up which made getting the second set of blinds up much easier. The new blinds look great, work beautifully and complement my dining room perfectly!”

“The blinds are high quality at a great price. All of them fit perfectly in the windows and were very easy to install. We had 2 damaged during shipping and Blindster very quickly had replacements made and shipped.”

“These are great blinds. They came exactly as measured and ordered. But they were advertised as only needing a screwdriver. That's not true. And the valance is exactly as wide as the blinds-- It should have been an inch wider to COVER the edges completely.”
