“I've ordered 2" wood (or other material) blinds from Blindster before, and the process is always very easy. Installation is also straightforward. I have to give kudos to whomever designed the valance system! I have so many sets of blinds where the plastic clips have aged and broken, so the valance won't stay on any more. This new magnetic system is genius! I only wish I could order just a valance with this magnet system for my older blinds!”

“This is our second time ordering from Blindster and once again, we're delighted with the product. We purchased the wooden blinds with a dark walnut finish and they look great. Unlike other large/heavy blinds, the operation is amazing and the balance makes them very easy to lift. It was an inexpensive way to turn an ordinary room into a much nicer room. As my better half put it, it finished the room.”

“The product was of good quality however I did notice that in my last shipment the knob on the pull string came off in testing. Fixed it by slipping the knob back on and tying a knot; Biggest issue is shipping: blinds come through the Kernersville, NC distribution center which has a miserable reputation for delayed/lost packages. Not really Blindster's fault, but it would be nice if customers had a choice of delivery services.”

“After shopping wood blinds heavily, I decided to go with Blindster. Their online ordering portal was easy to use and instilled confidence, but didn't know how this would go. I was actually shocked by how communicative they were about my order. They noticed I had not ordered a sample prior to ordering and asked if they could send one before sending the order to production. I declined delaying the production and the blinds showed up 8 days earlier than the date they had given me. The order was literally perfect. This never happens when ordering something so specific with many different variables. I am officially a big fan of Blindster!”
