“The only 2 reasons I did not give a 5 star rating are that I worry that the cords may not be strong enough for my heavy wood blinds and that I am having a little trouble getting one piece of hardware that was missing. Other than that I love the blinds. The ordering process was easy and the blinds fit perfectly. I have called twice about the missing hardware and everyone was very helpful. When the replacement hardware came it was not what I had asked for so I had to call again. We'll see if they get it right this time.”

“In the end everything went very well. I made a mistake measuring, they honored promise of "we will make it right", they fixed the problem at no charge. They made a mistake on another order - They fixed it no questions, no cost. Blinds went up easily and look great.”

“Great blinds. It would have been a perfect deal if there would have a guide to let me know what set the installation instructions were included in or put the instructions in both sets since I ordered matching set. But getting them out of the email sent prior to delivery wasn't a problem.”

“I think the push up blinds on the 60" wide is a heavy lift. Also, I had to re-glue the corner on a valance because the glue gave way during shipping. I would recommend corner brackets on the valances. Also, if you are going to say your provide all the hardware for installation, provide it all.”
