“We opted to go with the cordless lift option and while the blinds look great and do function as advertised, there is one aspect that we are not happy with. When you lift the blinds all the way up, the bundle of blinds at the top sits very uneven and bulges in all directions. Because of this, the wand that is used to adjust the angle of the blinds is pressed on and the stick protrudes well off the wall into the living space. This can be overcome by manually aligning the bundle of slats and carefully adjusting the angle of them while holding the button down to raise and lower them until they are flat, at which point everything looks great, but this was not an issue we ever faced with our old blinds that these replaced. The quality of them otherwise is excellent and they were cut exactly to the sizes I specified. I would buy them again, but wouldn't spend the extra on the cordless option as I wish we'd had just gone with the corded version to avoid the bunching up issues.”

“The valance was one inch short. Called and told them the exact measurement and told was sent to production. That was 1 1/2 weeks ago. said was being shipped out and yet to see it. Disappointed!”
