“Ordered a total of fifteen 2 inch wood blinds. Two arrived damaged. Customer services replaced them however they also arrived damaged. I reached out to have those replaced but no response. Construction is average at best. Many of the longer valances are warped and mechanisms that is used to open the blinds are hard to turn.”

“Recently purchased the distressed wood blinds and put them in our living room. The smaller blind's valance was slightly short. I called customer service and they were excellent and immediately sent a new valance to me! Very pleased!”
