“Recently purchased the distressed wood blinds and put them in our living room. The smaller blind's valance was slightly short. I called customer service and they were excellent and immediately sent a new valance to me! Very pleased!”

“The look and feel of the blind in not that of wood. Not enough visible grain, no texture at all to the touch, even though the color selection was partially based on the wood grain look. May as well have stayed with simulated wood. When closed, the blinds do not close evenly from top to bottom. Should close tightly all the way down. Have to twist the cheap looking plastic rod too tightly to achieve desired level of closure.”
