“My order has been for 12 Blinds in a home with a 10 foot ceilings. All wands have been extremely short. Even a stepladder is too short for me to turn the blinds. This may seem like an insignificant design flaw to Blindster ( they have indicated there is no resolution for this (we'll, they did suggest that I can order 12 more remote control blinds if I would like...REALLY?? -is this your only solution?) but I assure you it is a big problem. They say these blinds are custom made in Mexico, so I would think it would be easier for them just to not cut the ones so short? Never in my life when I have dreamed that they would not make the ones 3/4 the length of the blinds. The blinds themselves look fabulous but in order to get the attention of Blindster, I'm giving this a one star.”

Hello Mary, I am so sorry about the wand. By your photos we can tell that this is an obvious issue. Unfortunately we do not offer a longer wand with this product, but we will take this into consideration in the future as we want our customers to be completely happy with their products. “I ordered blinds for our honey house - we process honey - and they had to be a specific size. I measured the space. And placed my order. I honestly thought that there was no way that these blinds would fit perfectly. My expectations were low and I knew that I was going to have to deal with all the issues surrounding customer service. However, I was wrong. The blinds fit perfectly. They were installed quickly. Almost to the point of disbelief. I thought sure I had messed up somewhere but nope - they worked perfectly. The easiest install of my life. Thank you! If I ever have to order more blinds, there is no where else I would go.”
