“The valance on 1 of the 3 blinds I ordered was cut 1 inch too short. It took multiple phone calls and emails to get the problem resolved. The customer service representative could only forward information to the manufacturer and wait for their response. If one of my customers has a complaint about a product I solve it and don't wait for the manufacturer to decide if they will replace it at no cost. I'll deal with my vendor and not make it the customer's problem. Makes me worry about how much trouble I would have had if problem had been my fault due to my mis - measurement or something.”
