“I bought a 6ft blackout honeycomb shade with a pull cord. I've had it for a wk. I wish it fit tighter against the top. When I pull the cord, the ends of the top frame bend a little, making it feel insecure. Also, twice now the bottom part of the cord snapped off. We also had difficulty snapping one end into the bracket. There's these little spring-loaded tongs, one of which we had to bend back into shape so it would snap in. But it fits pretty tight and I appreciate the opportunity to review. I bought a shade from a competitor but the cords broke within months, would no longer raise, and they never once asked how it went, nor would they refund because their warranty only lasted 3 months.”

“It fits and looks good. And it functions well. I've ordered two more for our 3-window bedroom. There were a couple of dents in the cellular material, but not bad enough to return. I'd request that you improve your instruction sheet. Difficult to see what's going on. I appreciate your value pricing. Thanks.”
