“The Blinds themselves are excellent--they block all the light except a bit at the edges and also help with noise. They can be raised and lowered easily. However, the hardware was confusing and difficult to install, and the instructions were written in tiny print with confusing diagrams. For an inside mount, it was impossible to get the inside screw (the one furthest from the window) in the ceiling of the window frame because there is corner bead at the edge. I called for help, but none was forthcoming. Fortunately, my window installler told me that I could use just one screw, so that is what we did, and the mounts are secure. The instructions should address this issue since most window openings will have corner bead at the edges. If two screws are really necessary, the hardware should be wider, with another screw hole in the middle.”
