“The person we ordered blind through was superior. She found the previous order for the blind ( 8 years ago) and helped us with color and measurements. She was extremely patient with us as we went through the process. We had previously ordered two blinds with similar measurements and we had to find the correct one. Next, she found a way to order blind and get it to us in an expedite manner as we were going out of town and didn't want it sitting on porch while gone.”

“Received the blind last Friday and installed it in Saturday. Worked great and really blocked out the light. The next Saturday morning, was going to raise the blind and the cord broke. No one to answer the phone on Saturday, so I filled out the contact form. No response as of 4:00 Monday. Just got off work, will try and call. A little disappointed that the cord broke within the first week.”

However, we're truly sorry to learn about the cord breaking so soon after installation, as well as the delay in our customer service response. “The shades came exactly the size I ordered. This is the third time I've ordered from this company. The quality is great and the shades work perfectly. They blackout shades not only black out the sun, but keep out the heat and/or cold.”

“This is one large unit, and it is a bit hard to raise and lower, but it is very good quality and I am satisfied with it. There was no real way to break this up into two or three blinds, so I am glad that I got it the way I did.”
