“Very well made . Easy installation. Excellent customer service before production & after delivery. Ordered 15 blinds & one was defective in that once pulled down, it would not go back up. Customer service helped to trouble shoot possible fix for the issue & when unable to resolve, assisted with replacement order immediately.”
