“Blinds work great at keeping light out. Programming the wireless device is virtually impossible, instructions are minimal and customer service to help programming was worse. Called for help and got an arrogant young lady who was condescending and no help at all!”

“Excellent product! It would be a great idea to inform the installer that the cells stick together and they need to relax to length. Also better labeling for size of blind. It would keep the us from thinking they are the wrong size. Customer service was excellent. I've been a contractor for 40 years and just built our new home and used the blackout shades. They are so good we will be getting the blinds for our 10'x30' and 10'x12' sliding glass door panels. Great value and really easy to install!”

“Instructions for programming the blinds were not clear and confusing to understand. Instructions indicated to listen to beep of motor which never happens. This is only one instance of confusion.”

“I installed the shades above our shutters. The darken the room perfectly for daytime viewing of the TV. They were very easy to install.”

“The estimate of production time and shipping was accurate. The shades work great, with the only light coming in a little on the sides. The price was $100's less than ordering locally. I did have some trouble getting the shades clipped into the brackets. Just had to be patient and keep trying.”
