“The blinds are awesome. They did not come pre programmed and to reset an inside mount blind requires you to uninstall it first. Re engineer the reset button please.”

“Shades look lovely but the cords feel flimsy. There are some issues with the top down/bottom up function. If the top is down & I now go to raise it back up, the bottom comes up a bit even tho I am not touching those cords. Also the lowering of the bottom part of the shade does not always fall smoothly.”

“The header was covered in an orangish colored fabric that did not match the color of the shade. On a 95" window it stuck out like a sore them. I had to rip the fabric off and need to paint the white header to match the color of the shade. This is discouraging considering the cost of the shade. The shade itself is a great product.”

“I am impressed with the thickness of the cording. We had to send 5 cellular shades back to a competitor for warranty cord breakage. This looks like it will last.”
