“I got the motorized version. Blinds work great, brackets very easy to install. Very cool to end up with a professional looking motorized blind on the window, installed myself and for a reasonable price. Very pleased with end result. But--instructions for the motorized portion were lacking. The actual process is super simple and would've taken literally five minutes with clear instructions. Instead required a bit of cursing, googling and trial and error. (You just need to put the battery in the remote, plug in a couple of wires running from the battery to the motor and such, hunt down the little black pairing button on the motor and find the little 'c' button on the back of the remote and figure out what channel you're on and such. So it's really not difficult at all. Just annoying when you're figuring it out as you go.) Still a great product and would recommend. I also have the 'no tools' blinds in another room, and those have been great as well.”

“The shades are great and very easy installation! I will say though that I received shades from multiple different manufacturers, which was irritating, as I would think all would come from same place. Unless you look real close at all the shades in my house (10 different windows) you wouldn't be able to tell, but I know. The shapes of handles are different and so was hardware.”
