“The product was all there but the instructions said when teaching it it would flash twice the. Beep twice and it never beeped. So it was very confusing trying to set it up.”

“The blinds were easy to install. Very happy with the quality and prices. They fit perfectly! We went with the motorized bottom up/top down shades and love the convenience of using the remote. They do an excellent job of blocking most of the light. Still let in a tiny bit along the sides but that’s expected with an inside mounting.”

“Very happy with our blackout shades. Crisp clean white on the room side, yet when pulled down, darkens the room completely. We get full sun through the window, and these blinds help keep the room much cooler. Plus, keeps light from shining into the room so early. The handle pulling shade up and down is a little awkward because you need to hold button. I'd prefer it if the shade could be pulled up and down without holding the button down.”

“Overall no complains about the product: easy installation, measured as specified on the command. The only issue is that the remote is coming with outdated documentation. The steps for remote configuration does not match what is actually needed. This need to be fixed.”
