“The first blackout shades had some places where the light shined thru them. I contacted customer service and explained the problem. Jessica told me to send a picture of the blinds. I sent them to her and she let me know the blinds would be remade. Customer service took care of the issue and replaced the blinds at no charge to me. I was satisfied.”

“I received the shade on 1/15/2025. There was a bracket missing. I was concerned that if I installed the shade missing one bracket any warranty would be void. I contacted Blindster (1/15/2025) that day and was told I would receive the bracket in 3-5 business days. I did request a credit for the inconvenience. I normally do not do this but thought I would see what the company would do. They issued me a 20.00 credit, which I appreciated. One week went by and on 1/22/2025 I contacted support. Lola was very helpful and told me she would email me a link to track the delivery. For some reason I feel as though she had to place a new order for the bracket. It is now 1/29/2025, two weeks after I received the shade and the bracket is supposed to arrive today. Far beyond the 3-5 business days I was told. I had to pay my installer 45.00 for his time when he came to install on 1/15/2025. Now, waiting for the bracket to come today, I am asked to give a review and evaluate how I like the shade. I am obviously unable to have it installed until I get the bracket and my contractor here to install it. I have purchased from Blindster a few times before and have been happy with the products and customer service. This incident taints my experience however. The next time I need a product I ma sure I will look at Blindster, but I am just as certain that I will look at other companies after this mix up. Therfore, I have to rate a 1 out of 5 for this experience. I don't like to do this but in order to submit this I have to rate it something.”

“We recently moved into a new house. We needed blinds for all our windows. We originally had a company come out and give us a quote. It was absolutely, absurd amount of money. Once they left, I started researching more affordable options. I found blindster. I decided to take a chance, so i order only one blind. I figured it was going into my basement, if it was low quality or just overall not a good item, i would not order any more. The ordering was very easy. the website is very user friendly. I knew exactly what I was looking for, so I just had to pick color and a few other options I wanted. Blindster sent an email confirming order. They were in contact to let us know when item was shipped. Blinds arrived and were packed very well and no signs of damage. The blinds were great quality and exactly what I order. The color was spot on and the mechanics of the blinds were perfect. Of course we have ordered more since our first order. I have a few more windows to get, but you bet I will get them thru Blindster. This is going to like a Commerical, however I received the exact same blinds i chose from the more expensive company at a quarter of the cost. I have recommended Blindster to other people. I would say if you were looking for a quality product at a great price, order here. I was NOT paid for this review, they are just GREAT.”
