“The shades are wonderful. I got 3 same size blackout accordion shades with an inside mount. Each of our windows has a 3" depth. Unfortunately the continuous cord mound doesn't really have room to be mounted between the shade and the woodwork, which I assume is the proper location. See pictures for the less than satisfactory solution we had to use. I cannot see how your 3/4" minimum depth requirement for inside mount would even work, and we have 3". I'd appreciate your thoughts on this issue.”

“The first blackout shades had some places where the light shined thru them. I contacted customer service and explained the problem. Jessica told me to send a picture of the blinds. I sent them to her and she let me know the blinds would be remade. Customer service took care of the issue and replaced the blinds at no charge to me. I was satisfied.”
