“They were easy to install. Had an issue linking the remote to the blind. With a phone call, I was given step by step instructions to get the remote working. They stayed on the phone until all 3 blinds were linked to the remote. We used to have to use a step ladder to open and close the blinds. These new blinds with a remote make opening and closing the blinds a snap. I love how dark the room is when the blinds are closed.”
