“Not sure if it's a construction issue or a shipping issue, but the top piece of our top-down / bottom-up blind is all wrinkled and twisted looking. Other than this esthetic issue, everything else is fine. The Blackout is excellent and the controls are easy to use.”

“The product itself is very good, but there were no directions that showed which way the clips should be put and how to detach them should you attach one trying to figure it out. Common-man.”
