“These blackout blinds were replacing one from Lowe's that my cat ruined by putting weight on the partially lowered top rail corner. I have to say, the installation was a nightmare, one of the mounting brackets was bent and after I was at wits end, I unmounted the bracket and looked. I bent it back with a church-key. The lock mechanism on the top rail is nice and prevents the cat from wrecking this one but the one on the bottom I could do without. Now that they're up, I've no issues with it. It's not in a window that I look at often unlike my light filtering up-down blinds in my living room that I got from you that are working out very nicely.”
