“We ordered 5 of these. They were easy to install and look nice. One is defective though and can't be lowered correctly. I called and was told instructions would be emailed explaining how to fix them. No email was sent. I called again and talked to someone else. She did email the instructions, but we had no luck fixing them. I then had to email a picture. That was last week. I received an email saying they were waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I'm not happy with the time it has taken to resolve this. It took almost 3 weeks to receive them when I ordered them so I'm going to be without this shade for a long time.”
