“I was led to measure 2 1/2" above the window frame when in our application it should have been no more than the thickness of the top of the blind mechanism, plus the wall brackets were not out far enough to clear the window trim. In all your order taker did't understand the application or didn't listen carefully enough to understand what the application needed. Therefore, we had to have you send the extension brackets. Now we are waiting for the hold downs because the blind is too long to rest on the window sill. Other wise the blinds are of great quality, and I won't pay 15.00 to return for resizing.”
