“I like the shades, however because I measured and ordered according to the exact measurements when I draw them closed there is a great deal of tension and it doesn't close off the bottom tightly or it pulls away from the top rail leaving a gap there. Since this room faces an outdoor streetlamp we have to put a pair of curtains and valance to cover those small gaps. Advise customers to add a few inches to the finished length in order to avoid that gapping caused by the tension.”

“I am happy with the quality of the blind and the pull cord mechanism. Color was little lighter than thought but that's why they have free swatch samples. Overall, very happy with Blindster!”

“We love our new blinds - we have a very deep window sill- we bought a black out and a sheer cellular- west facing window so we need to control extreme sun in winter to keep room cooler. But we enjoy the filtered light in the mornings- we love both.”

“The Lock feature is a little difficult to get used to. Be sure to order a little longer than needed. When pulling down - to cover entire window - it "unhooked" from the top. To tight a fit.”

“Do not go to your local Big Box Store for blinds. All you need do is log on to Blindster. Simple measuring and order instructions. All done at home. I have ordered twice, and spent good money each time. Should something go wrong, a simple phone call and all will be taken care of. And, without question your problem is remedied. I was reluctant to mail order such big expenses but Blindster came through big time. Blackout shades, Top down, Bottom up. The possibilities of light, view and privacy is endless. They are a wonderful product and I would recommend them to anyone. Install was easy with only a tape measure and a drill/driver. And a ladder of course Again, I was thrilled with the service and the product was innovative and functional. No complaints from me. Just be sure to use a discount code to get a reasonable price.”
