“I ordered Three shades. When they came, I saw that I had ordered them to be rolled in the wrong direction. Also, my dyslexia had me reverse my measurements. When I called, the agent was great. They followed through on their guarantee and only charged me shipping for MY mistake. The quality of what they did send was wonderful. Wish I could give them 6 stars.”
