“I called and emailed the customer service team with so many questions as measuring, choosing, ordering, and installing was all so unfamiliar to me. I talked to Kelley so many times and she was always so kind, patient, and understanding with me. We spent lots of time talking through my specific concerns and design wishes. After ordering, the product arrived fast and I'm surprised how easy it was to install. I'm not handy around the house, but somehow their instructions helped me work magic. I'm in love with how my custom shades look in my windows - it totally elevated the look of my home and makes a huge difference. A huge thank you to the customer service reps I talked to many times, especially Kelley who was very knowledgeable and patient with me.”

“They were okay, the actual shade itself was shorter than what I measured for but I figured out a way to make it work. Thought it was kind of sneaky the way it says free shipping but then you catch people with handling but you live and learn not worth $100 I wouldn't purchase them again”
