“The look and blackout quality of this shade is great, but the function of it is terrible. It hasn't consistently rolled up or down since the beginning, and I've had it for several months. I have other less expensive roller shades from my local big box store in other rooms of my house and simply don't have problems with them, but this one is unbelievably frustrating.”

Hello Tracy, I am so sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with your roller shade. I will send you a separate email so that we can get this issue resolved for you. There is a way to tighten up the spring roller mechanism inside the tube to get these rolling smooth again. I am so sorry again for the issue.

“This is the 2nd time using Blindster and see no reason to ever go to a big box store again. This roller blind is perfect to block the afternoon sun out and keep the heat out of the kitchen and blinding glare out of my eyes. My only regret is I waited too many years to solve this issue. They look great and were easy to install. I did measure a little tight but my husband just ground down the pin on one end about 1/8"and that solved the issue. I am using the blind under my valance and I love how the bottom trim looks.”

“Blinds seem of good quality but 2 out of 6 of the cheesy plastic anchor brackets stripped their threads before I could snug down the screws for attaching the pulleys, and Brenda would only send me the pulley things instead (even though I said brackets and supplied a good photo) and ignored further requests for the brackets, so I will devise a work-around.”
