“We are very pleased with the product itself. High quality, well-made roller shades. Our biggest issue, though, was even though we measured exactly as the instructions directed, and even though my husband installed the brackets as directed, we had to force those shades into their openings, scratching up/retouching our newly painted walls, in order to get them to fit in. Every one of the 6 shades were tight, with some much tighter than others. I emailed Blindster about my concerns, and never heard back. Once installed, though, they work well and look nice. I do wish they'd include a clip-on shade pull, though, because the ones I bought at Home Depot all cracked when trying to slide them onto the rather bulky hem. Cheap plastic that would not expand to accommodate the hem. So we must do without. I think some sort of handle/clip/pull ring would be a nice inclusion, so that fingers don't dirty the hem when raising/lowering.”

“As with other things we have purchased from Blindster, these shades are a very nice quality, came packaged with all the right parts and pieces, and were very easy to install once we put the first one up. My only criticism is that the instructions could've been just a little bit easier to understand, but other than that, great product.”

“Good product. The roller cord makes a big difference. Previously I had a cheap spring roller and I was fighting with it every morning to get it to go all the way up. I still don't know why it took several weeks to get this delivered though.”

“First, the sizing and mounting were perfect. The window is about 6'x5'. The phone tech walked me through the measuring to make sure it was right. The blackout is excellent and the shade attractive. My only concern is the quality of the plastic pull chain. We're being very gentle with it.”
