“I bought the black out roller shade for when we were living in our apartment. It's a quality product and the time to get the product is very reasonable and you're able to check in on the status. It made sense when we bought our house to order them again! I prefer the pull chain to the tension mechanism as I feel the tension mechanism started failing on the first set. And you're able to get a more precise close/open.”
