“Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and are likely to purchase more. We won't use the online purchasing process, however, because it took 10 days just to get the order into the system and we never got the emails we should have gotten giving us updates until the FedX tracking. I called their customer service 3 times to find out what was going on. Always got very helpful, friendly service but no explanations for lagging. Really pleased with the product, once it showed up!!”

“Received five shades...all great but one was the wrong size from what I ordered ...but customer service was great and a new one is being re-made. Will definitely order again when I need any window coverings!!!!”

“Install problem as Cassette had to taken apart as delivered partially unrolled and bead on cord would not allow to fully tool up. Instructions did not explain.”

“Measured, ordered, recieved & installed with no issues. Well worth the money, extra bonus was applying the coupon found on your homepage. Just a minor issue trying to attach the chain holder, still havent completed that yet. So far dogs have not destroyed this one because we can roll it up away from their reach. Thank you, great product easy ordering.”
