“Shades are average... wish they were a couple mils thicker. I bought fringed shades and the sides curl. The price is fair but of the 13 shades I ordered, four came incorrectly. The return policy is convoluted. Installation was fine on the correct shades.”

“I ordered 3 roller shades just before Christmas. Much to my surprise they arrived in about 4 days despite the statement it would be 5 days in production and the 2-3 days to ship. Very pleased. When we went to install, however, we found that the end pin on two of the shades had not been formed correctly. After the holidays I notified Blindster and recieved the replacement parts 2 days after I provided a photo of the defective parts. Shades are up and lovely! Great service, knowledgeable staff, amazing delivery time. Completely satisfied.”

“I found the instructions somewhat vague, but once understood, the installation was simple. These were chain operated shades. I tried them because the lift shades I had purchased previously were destroyed when the tenants lowered the shades to the limit and they locked up and had to be replaced.”

“Very good material. One shade was cut a bit too short, had to lower the roll to even get close to the bottom of the window. Bought at a great price though.”
