“I don't think Blindster makes a point to say their roll-up blinds come with left/right end-bracket kits but they are included. I used my old set b/c they were meant for smaller rolls and the ones included can handle a much larger diameter roller (i.e. projects further out). Not a complaint - just a comment. The tension was just right and these do indeed block light.”

“The shade came with 3 hole s in it on the bottom left side. Waiting for it to be replaced, as promised by your company. Doesn't anyone look at the product before it's shipped? The holes were clearly visible. When I receive the replacement I'll order again for the next window.”

I'm sorry that it has taken so long to get your replacement shade. I checked with the factory and found out that they have been running very late on their production times for roller shades. The new shade was shipped via FedEx who attempted to deliver it on Saturday, 5/20. I see that the delivery address is a business and can only assume that the business was closed. The replacement shade should be delivered today or tomorrow. The tracking information has been emailed to you and I left you a voicemail. Also, I have processed a credit back to your credit card to compensate you for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

“I ordered blinds for the house ( which I love) but wanted a shade in my bedroom. I absolutely love this shade. It looks so pretty with the pretty edges great quality. It came in with the chain broken but we received a replacement in a few days. Very happy with this.”

“Fit and finish of the blind that I ordered was great. Only issue is with shipping. FedEx Home delivery has to be the worst service out there. They are slow and delivered past the expected date. On the day it was supposed to be delivered they never bothered to even show up. I had to request that the hold the package so I could go get it. For this reason I would probably not order again so I don't have to deal with the shipping through FedEx Home.”
