“The shades look great and were easy to install. We had problems with the ring guides that the lines go through to lift the shade. The lines had become hung up in the rings (because they are split rings). No biggie - I was able to loosen strings and the blinds seem to be working fine.”

“I'm so happy with the quality and service! My order arrived within a couple of days, and the installation was by far the easiest compared to the other window treatments we've installed over the years. Last year, I ordered a of couple of shades from another online retailer with similar pricing, but they don't compare to the quality of the ones I ordered from Blindster. I've already ordered more samples to replace the rest of the window treatments in my house, including the ones I bought last year. Thanks for making a great product!”

“I ordered the tortoise java shades for my master bedroom. My husband thought they were simple to install. I think they add to the room and I would order them again. From the photos on the site, I thought they would block more light--some light does come through--and I would order the fabric behind them if I was to do it over. I did have one small problem--one of the rings that lift the shade was not attached and when I raised the shade it hung crookedly. It was an easy fix, but I had to take the shade down to do it. Other than that, it was a flawless experience.”

“So easy to order, quick to arrive, easy to install, measurement exact, and they look really great. Im my experience made to order blinds are very expensive, I was very happy to find Blindster the price is affordable and the quality is good. My first order was for 2 windows and when I saw them I decided to cover all my windows. The product looks exactly like it shows on the website. I highly recommend.”

“I ordered bamboo shades after measuring windows myself. Customer service was kind enough to follow up with a call to be sure I knew how to correctly measure and to offer a sample of the shades. I received the beautiful shades on time and all were perfect sizes and high-quality. I am an interior designer and build custom hoes and I will definitely use Blindster again.”
