“These blinds are quite nice. They have a very rustic look. I ordered them with the top down/bottom up feature to all for privacy and to block a less than desirable view. The shades work well for both of these things. If I had it to do again I would have had them made with the liner. The matching shade which I ordered for a door in the same area has the liner and it looks a bit neater and definitely gives more privacy. Blindster was a pleasure to do business with, the shades fit well, and customer service was very helpful.”

“These blinds were installed inside mount on windows with 2 x 4 stud wall. The ends stick out past the window frame and the ends are unfinished. I knew they would stick out a ways but all other blinds I have purchased had finished ends. The mounting head rail is made of wood and the wood ends are unsightly. Pulleys used to hold up blinds are completely exposed when looking at the blinds from outside and are unsightly. This could be remedied by having a 4" valance behind the blind. I also had the top down bottom up option. When you have the blinds with the tops down, there is a screw in loop screw which is exposed and again really cheap looking. They could have drilled a hole through the bind top and have a knot under the blind top eliminating a cheap looking screw. The blind fabric looks good. I bought cheap; and it is obvious where they cut costs. I will probably not buy from Blindster again. I have criticize your product but also offered inexpensive solutions.”

“I thought 5 weeks for delivery was too long. No one bothered to tell me about the Chinese New Year excuse until I called after 2 1/2 weeks.”

I'm sorry you were disappointed in our delivery time. We did change our production times on the site to reflect the delay for the Chinese New Year. This product has a production time of 15 to 20 business days listed on your order and on our website. Plus 2 to 5 days of shipping time. Our Premium Bamboo Shades have shorter production times if you decide you want more bamboo shades in the future. Thank you for your patience.

“I chose to hand it outside the frame of my side sliding bathroom window and wow. It looks great with my indoor basket plants. Still have to paint, but couldn't wait to put the shade up. Glad we found Blindster. I googled installation on YouTube and it made the installation even more simple. The fellow I ordered from was so nice and polite. Thank you. “The blinds arrived quickly and they fit perfectly with easy installation so I was very pleased with that. The blinds look great when they are "up", however they don't look quite as nice when they are lowered covering the window. I think next time I might go with the banding on the sides to make them look a little higher quality. I'm satisfied overall but wish they looked a little nicer when fully lowered.”

“So happy with the four bamboo blinds from your company. They are exactly the look I was wanting for my family room. One of the blinds didn't quite fit and a replacement has been ordered as per the guaranteed fit policy. Sandra in the customer service department was extremely helpful when the one blind did not fit. She kept me posted as the reorder was processed. The replacement has not been received yet but I know it will be coming soon. Definitely will be using Blindster in the future.”
