“So happy with the four bamboo blinds from your company. They are exactly the look I was wanting for my family room. One of the blinds didn't quite fit and a replacement has been ordered as per the guaranteed fit policy. Sandra in the customer service department was extremely helpful when the one blind did not fit. She kept me posted as the reorder was processed. The replacement has not been received yet but I know it will be coming soon. Definitely will be using Blindster in the future.”

“Needed privacy but also wanted to keep the view out of my bathroom windows. I ordered the top down bottom up feature on some woven roman shades with privacy lining. The first ones were made incorrectly but Blindster customer service was great and took care of the problem. They shipped out replacements and they are beautiful and just what I needed to solve my privacy issues but still have all the light when I want it. All my friends love them too!”

“I am really happy with my roman shades. I was tired of limited selection of window treatments available at the big box stores. These were perfect. The best part was ease if installation - 15 minutes both shades- done. The order was received without delay. Highly recommend”

“We ordered blinds with the top down option and privacy liners, absolutely love them! They have helped stream line the look in our kitchen. Blindster made ordering easy, I appreciated being able to get free samples beforehand, processing time was reasonable and as stated, easy enough to use and install, hope to order more for other rooms in the house in the future!”
