“This was for a guest room. They were naturally beautiful and provided total light blocking... made it the best room in our house to sleep! I have just ordered more for our master bedroom in our new home and hope that we are just as pleased this time around. Very user friendly website which instills confidence in customers. Had to call to ask a question and customer service was prompt, friendly and helpful.”

“of the two 46" blinds- NONE drilled for 3rd bracket, and only one come with the third bracket. I need more parts please to secure the blind as recommended. My 58" blind did have the components included”

I'm sorry there was a problem with your order. Actually, the 46" blinds do not need the 3rd bracket to be secure. However, we will send you the extra brackets to use if you feel they are necessary.

“We ordered these blinds and they took approximately 3 weeks to arrive. They were kind of a pain to hang but not too bad. They look good and block lots of light. In the 2 weeks we have been using them, already a couple of the bamboo pieces have broken and some of the glue has come unstuck. Also, you can see the blackout fabric in the middle and it was not cut evenly, so it looks a little funny. Overall, these were 1/3 of the cost of blinds at Home Depot or Lowes, so we can't complain.”
