“My new office had windows looking out into the parking lot and windows in the foyer. For security reasons, sun filtering and flexibility, I ordered pleated shades in Linen Gray. The color, fit and easy opertion of these top down - bottom up shades were the perfect choice for the office. Ordereing was was easy. Shipping and tracking information was provided. Install was a cinch. Will use your company again.”

“These top down/ bottom up blinds only go down from the top a little more than half way (pictured). My old Hunter Douglas blinds went all the way down, and that is what my expectation was. Otherwise they're fine. I should've thought a little more about it only being a single layer for the purpose of insulation, but that's my fault. They look nice, but again, compared to my double cell top down/ bottom up Hunter Douglas blinds, these feel very light weight.”

“I have purchased products from Blindster for 12 years, and all were great until 2020. This was my last purchase. I placed a reorder of an up-down shade, and somehow the shade measurements reset to default. They knew something was off (the measurements were too small, and they emailed me. I didn't see the email in their 24-hour window, and they sent the blind to production. I will never use Blindster again. All of my future teferrals will go to a better company.”
