“I was pretty excited when they came and excited to hang them up. You're written instructions were horrendous and really didn't cover much at all. I went online and looked it up and got better instruction there but still was disappointed. I put up blinds before so I wasn't totally in the dark on that. When I did get them up finally they worked great except that there's a rough spot in my cord and I'm afraid it's going to wear out and break. I do use them because it's in my bedroom and I like to shut them at night and open them in the morning.”

“Getting Samples was easy, and most helpful in selecting color. They were shipping promptly, and were large enough to make the decision easier. Shades themselves were also shipped promply, and installed easliy. No issues, other than the directions didn't seem to care how far apart the top mount bracket were to be placed relative to each other, or from the ends of the valance. Nonetheless, they work, and look, just fine.”
