The shades are great and look really good in our home. But what is even better is the customer service we received. We made a mistake on the measurement and Blindster, without question, replaced the shade for only having to pay the S/H for the replacement.

The shades are great. We have never had motorized shades before but these were for windows that are hard to get too and too tall for any if us to reach the top. Installation was easy. My only complaint: instructions for the shades and the remote were oddly confusing. I am a handy DIY person so I was able to figure it out, but it took some head scratching and trial and error to get the first one right. After that it was super quick and easy. I added some labels to the remote so I don't have to explain which button does what to every family member over and over. We plan to purchase a few more soon. Very happy with them.

this was my 4th order from blindster, first 3 no problems, this order 3 out of 6 blinds not working correctly, called blindster support, they asked me to do a little trouble shooting that did not fix the problem, they are remaking 3 new blinds at no charge for me, I would recommend blindster to my family and friends
