The cordless shades are installed in windows behind a couch so I don't always notice that if I pull them all the way up to the top, they are popping up at the bottom. And conversely, if I try to push them all the way down, they pop up several inches. I tried to stretch them out when they were first hung, as per the directions, but believe that the best solution would be to next time order them an inch or two longer than the measurement so there is not so much tension. Other than that, they look wonderful and filter light nicely.

I'm sorry that you are having problems with your cordless shades. The cordless cellular shades are designed to be self-correcting. To reset your cordless shades: Lower the shade down to its full height. Firmly hold the bottomrail with both hands and pull it towards you (away from the back of the window at an angle). Quickly and firmly pull down (popping) on the bottomrail 3 or 4 times. Raise and lower the shade, repeat as necessary. These steps should rest the cordless motors in the headrail so that the shade will raise and lower properly. If these steps do not work, please let us know and we will remake or repair the shades as needed. I will contact you directly to resolve.

This was our first order with Blindster. I measured and ordered the first batch for our home renovation. After I placed the order, Blindster called asking if we'd like samples of the colors and types of blinds before they sent our order to production. Their attention to detail serves the customer and the business. We agreed. The samples were in the mailbox the next day. We studied them and decided the original pick was right on target. I sent an email to our CSR who in turn sent the order to production. No fears! Our order came neatly bundled with instructions and hardware. Three of our blinds were 40"-72" width. The specs show blinds of this size require three brackets. When I inventoried the package, we were short three of the brackets. No big deal...I sent a message to Blindster informing them of the oversight. They'll ship the three brackets ASAP. I installed the blinds with no problem. They're beautiful and everything we hoped for our home! Wonderful products!

So you nevorvous don't be. Csall someone and they can help you. And as an experienced home builder but older they relly helped and helped. I would who;e hardly recommend them. Mine are like blue horizons. Call them I did many times and asked for many samoles and I got what I wanted

This is the second tome ordering blinds, I have told all my friends about them.Great customer service and very nice to deal with good quality blinds and very easy to install. I will always use them! and they look fabulous.

The top rail is not impressive, clear with contact paper over the front. Harder to install then Levolor blinds, would go back to Levolor blinds even if more expensive. Sorry not impressed !!!!
