“I am so happy that they corrected my mistake as I ordered the wrong size. That being said I'm thrilled. However, they could have designed them better as the cords get in the way of the blinds (I had to triple check the instructions) and its hard to grab the correct cord depending on which way you need them to go.”

“Now that they are installed and have been extended, still have trouble getting one out of the four we ordered to stay extended fully. Doesn't help the appearance. The other three are lovely.”

“I likes the cordless option I ordered for my family room and kitchen but needed the cords in my bedroom. I ordered two, one worked just fine and the other one has a cord for the top that will not lock off, thats disappointing. Out of a total of 7 shades I ordered from Blindster this problem and one other problem I had with roller shades not working was the other.”
