“Had a problem with the blind on the top down portion. Called customer service submitted a photo and immediately was shipped a new blind. Was amazed with getting such a prompt remedy and concern that we could not fix the problem ourselves. Really also liked the website for ease of ordering and obtaining actual sample. The blinds are an excellent value.”

“The shades are beautiful and so easy to install. Once installed, I noticed that the blinds did not touch the bottom sill. I called Sandra and she offered a few "tricks" to stretch them out. I get full afternoon light and these blinds block the sun, but still let light in; saving my wood floors. The cordless feature makes it so easy to lift up and down. The best part of my experience is the EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Sandra took the time to help pick the best type of shades for my needs and even assisted in color by narrowing my choices and sent samples very quickly. She was fast to help me with a couple of questions with installation. This company has incredible customer service and I will order all my future window coverings with Blindster!!”
