“One of the shades was hard to install (the 72 inch), because the brackets clipped on very hard. Also, there was a lot of glue on the header, which I wasn't able to totally remove. I think you need a little less strength on that glue. Also, I had the idea the shade material was more like a sheer material. I was disappointed that it was paper. I hope it lasts well.”

“Although one of my 9 blinds came in damaged, I was able to contact customer service desk and re order the blind at no charge. The new blind came back to me only cordless so I spoke to customer service again and a new one has been sent for make Up. The return from customer service was quicker the second time around with a follow up email. So far so good. Long process though. Blinds look good. Currently still stretching them out Up in the windows.”
